Responsibilities :
· Process trip & expenditure claims within the required service position agreements
· attune deals made on T&E, follow- up with workers and insure deals are vindicated & posted in the system.
· Respond instantly to queries raised by the workers regarding their trip & expenditure claims · insure responses entered from workers are actioned in a timely manner
· Communicate any changes to hand claims or value emendations easily
· In depth understanding in SAP concur charges tool and processes
· Take responsibility of accurate performance of end to end account of deals related to T&E function
· Proactively raise issues and enterprises with stakeholders and operation regarding day- to- day tasks and formulate/ apply process enhancement enterprise
· Identify and share in process enhancement enterprise and help with system integration/ robotization
· give executive and logical support to Management · Promote and apply T&E policy understanding and adherence
· Manage day to day deliverables, insure no backlogs created · Meet SLA/ KPI commitments
· Hiring and training of new joiners · Identifies training requirements for the associates platoon members
· Participates in internal & external governance by clinging governance models applicable at a process position
· opinion the gaps in being process, identifies occasion for enhancement and implements there-engineering enterprise in order to meet customer and internal commitments on a nonstop base · Identify and drive process advancements
· Work with Business enable functions like quality, training, hiring, internal and external guests
Education Requirement :
· University Graduate in any field
Skills Requirement
· rather Finance and Accounts Stream( Handled T&E Claims process preferable)
· Yellow Belt/ Green Belt certified.
· Excellent donation chops · Excellent client running chops is a must
· Excellent interpersonal and communication( Written and Verbal) chops a must-have.
· Team Handling experience · Strong understanding of mortal coffers programs, procedures, and benefits is preferred.
· Work well in a dynamic platoon terrain with changing precedences and deadlines.
