About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service New Associate in Query Management. As a part of our Customer Support vertical, you will play a vital role in managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations, and addressing complaints to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include closing faults and complaints within SLAs, contributing to the efficient functioning of the Query Management team. This position is aligned with our Customer Service Technology Support team, focusing on providing technical assistance for specific systems, software, and infrastructure while troubleshooting technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service New Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls and email/chat support to effectively resolve customer issues. Your role involves problem-solving, utilizing your customer service management and technology support skills. Attention to detail, along with excellent written and verbal communication, is crucial. You will work closely with your team and supervisor, following general guidelines and precedents to solve routine problems. While you will be provided with instructions for daily tasks and new assignments, your decisions will impact your own work within the predetermined scope.

Qualifications and Skills:

We are looking for candidates with any graduation degree and 0 to 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should possess problem-solving skills, detail orientation, and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
