Role Description: The Operations Executive role includes the following tasks: Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals. Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives. Creating and managing the organization’s fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for last mile operations.
- Take care of stock received and stock outward.
- Looking after NDR/RTO.
- Responsible to arrange maximum deliveries within TAT. Also, decreasing aging of the shipments.
- Need to minimize the TAT failure and ensuring process are followed to minimalize loses at Service center.
- Ensures quality check of all shipments/bags and ensure zero missing shipments with value and count.
- Preparation of various MIS reports like Inbound, outbound, RTO and aging reports.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Good Excel knowledge.
- English and Regional Language fluency is Must.
- 2+ Years’ Experience.
- Geographical Knowledge.
