MBA/PGDM-Operations from reputed institute preferred.
Prior working experience in SCM domain will be an additional plus.
Skills:
Knowledge on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules such as Procurement, Sales and Marketing and Inventory Management.
Interact with clients to understand existing Business Processes and gather new requirements.
Document the business requirements, impact analysis, test cases and minutes of meetings etc.
Should have capability to interact with business users and troubleshoot complex issues.
Ability to learn new modules within SCM and flexibility to work in shift timings.
Critical thinking skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
