Job Description:
Axis Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Human Resources team as a Sales Trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering sales training programs to our employees, with a focus on enhancing their selling skills and product knowledge. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, develop effective training modules, and measure training effectiveness. As a Sales Trainer, you will play a crucial role in empowering our salesforce to achieve their targets and contribute to the growth of Axis Bank.

Responsibilities:

Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement in sales performance.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs, including content creation, training materials, and assessment tools.
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to employees at various levels, utilizing a variety of training methods and techniques.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales teams, monitoring their progress and identifying opportunities for further development.
Collaborate with stakeholders, such as sales managers and product teams, to align training programs with business objectives and market trends.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in sales and training methodologies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar training role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and banking products.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs that drive measurable results.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify training needs.
Proven track record in coaching and developing sales teams.
Professional certifications in training and development (e.g., CTDP, CPLP) are a plus.
