- Monitoring the ecommerce technology operations (inventory, forward orders, returns, refunds) on a daily/ weekly basis for a business line/ set of brands using Cube/ Power BI/ Terradata/ Ecommerce Systems reports and ensuring necessary action is taken by identifying gaps. Be the SPOC for operations and business teams to help resolve repeating e-com tech issues by doing root cause analysis of the problems with different tech teams and taking up tech improvements & change requests. Ensuring the tech improvements are delivered as per BRD by conducting proper UAT with help of tech and ops teams. Be tech SPOC for customer service team for resolution of customer complaints related to tech.Key Result Areas:
Monitor reports and initiate actions for exceptions and gaps; make sure KPIs set for inventory, forward orders, returns, refunds are met on a weekly/ monthly/ quarterly basis.
