To ensure availability of right fit for the position at the right time as per the recruitment plan and maintain the supply of technical resources as per Demand/Projections for the specific Accounts handled.
Be willing to work in night shiftsGraduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced in all aspects of full-cycle recruiting to include requirement gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, salary, and extending offers.
The responsibility would include sourcing quality resumes for our direct client using a multitude of sourcing techniques like job boards, job postings, groups, social media, etc.
