- As a Technical Support Engineer, you will resolve complex technical issues in a fast-paced, customer critical environment, working on improving processes, standards and strategies to perfect our Support Services.

• Determine priority levels while negotiating and setting expectations with customers

- Advanced English.
- 1+ years of experience in a previous technical support role
- Basic/intermediate skill troubleshooting and Knowledge in any of:SAN/NAS Solutions, Modular Server- Storage Solutions, Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS), TCP/IP Networking / CCNA, Microsoft Server OS – Active Directory.
- Basic/intermediate Knowledge of current industry high-end storage products and technologies, and/or in one or more of the following technologies, Analytical ability to gather and interpret data , fault Isolation and Troubleshooting Methodology
- As a Technical Support Engineer, you will resolve complex technical issues in a fast-paced, customer critical environment, working on improving processes, standards and strategies to perfect our Support Services.
