Managing & Responsible for Hyperlocal Stores’ Operations matrix · Analyzing store level Weekly/ Monthly Performance · Ensuring Stores’ SLAs achievement. · Ensuring that Store Level CPS Targets are achieved. · Solving day to day operational issues with stores and 3PL · Identifying improvement areas, performing RCA and strategising mitigation Plan · Ensuring Inventory Hygiene & losses Reco.
