- As an Intern within the Practice Area, your analytical skills, interpersonal commitment to
impact and collaborative skills will be called upon from day one. You will be expected to work
on understanding the basics of a problem and build knowledge towards it as you begin to
develop specialised insights. You will be guided every step of the way by Sattva mentors and
specific training programs you may need.
While everyday will be different, your role will be the following:
● Help to solve simple problems or parts of complex problems by applying knowledge of
various problem-solving frameworks backed up by primary and secondary research
● Conducts research and use data oriented inferences using the right research
approaches/tools/frameworks to arrive at relevant insights needed to solve problems
● Support the team in creation of diagnostic frameworks, tools, literature review &
synthesis for development of high quality knowledge products
