Responsibility (End to End Recruitment)
* Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
* Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
* Conducting confidential interviews & checking references
* Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications
* Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
* Maintain trackers & meeting scheduled delivery of resources as per planned batches
Requirements and skills
* Proven working experience in recruiting
* Deep understanding of recruitment processes
* Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
* Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
* Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
* Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources or related field
Multi Language Speaking Candidates added advantage
