Delivering the Vendor Balance reconciliation activity as process defined by Business
Work Experience
Roles:
- To carry out vendor balance Recon. activity
- Analyse Differences, close co-ordination with vendor & other relevant Stakeholders for Reconciliation followed by Final Conclusion
- Complete Reconciliation as per Agreed Timelines & along with Targets
Responsibilities :
- Performs all other duties and special assignments as assigned
- Ensure a ‘customer centric’ and ‘partnership approach’ to develop strong relationships with other working groups
- Effective communication of issues across TMLBSL and working groups
Short Description
Functional Knowledge of S&OP process (Must Have):
- Good Accounting Knowledge
- Good SAP Knowledge
Technical Skill required:
- Knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel – common functions, handling large quantities of data, data analysis, creating graphs, and using (but not designing) macros
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Software Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) & Google Chrome,
- Fluency in English (both written and oral)
- Logical approach to problem solving with good analytical skills
- Business awareness and systems orientation
- Coordination and Collaboration Skills
