Responsibilities :
Responsible for operating and maintaining equipment (fault, configuration, alarms, performance, security) or network components to improve network efficiency and availability.
Provide efficient and effective technical customer service in accordance with SLAs.
Manage the technical support center (help desk) and escalation desk/ticket operations for all NOC and SOC issues. Validate L3/L4 incidents and ensure solution efficiency to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of network components and other specific devices (such as ATMs) to improve network efficiency and availability.
This group of experts provides technical expertise to assist customers with IP, transport, voice and mobility, and WLA ATM installation, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
Maintain quality standards to achieve optimal operational levels and KPI targets.
Provides last mile service warranty support to all TCL business units.
Track and monitor network traffic and performance to minimize disruptions to transmissions and network switches. Properly monitor various aspects of your network across different services and resolve network issues (both remotely and onsite) quickly and appropriately.
Monitor vendor performance, especially critical incidents, delayed cases, and SLA violations.
Lead the implementation of all new network updates, planned activities, and change management. Resolve network and SOC issues effectively and in a timely manner.
Drive initiatives to improve network equipment (expansion, renewal, upgrades, new systems, etc.), industrialize it, and make it more efficient.
Establish tools and procedures for monitoring network performance.
Ensure customer platform and service availability through least-cost routing and ensure customer service SLA compliance and QoS.
Education Requirement :
Bachelor’s Degree

Have a thorough knowledge of service warranties and be able to apply that knowledge effectively and work productively with comprehensive guidance. Participate regularly in key projects and activities as a full member of the team, proactively identify key issues and risks, and seek appropriate levels of leadership and advice to ensure high quality results are delivered.
