•             As a Test Engineer / Test Lead you will work closely with a small core team consisting of developers and analysts where you will point stories, plan sprints and coordinate testing activities. You will also ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked and resolved.

Preferred skills

•             Database experience with SQL skills

•             Experience in an Agile environment

•             Software Development / Automation experience would be a plus

Qualifications

•             BTEch Computing or similar related qualification

Responsibilities

•             Working as a lead in a collaborative engineering team with responsibility for delivering quality software to our clients

•             Desire to learn and build knowledge of the latest tools and technologies used by software professionals

•             Analyze and understand requirements documentation to identify testing scope

•             Create, execute, and enhance test cases

•             Involvement in regression, migration, and integration testing

•             Identify defects found in the software and work with the development and QA team through to resolution

•             Automation of current processes where possible using tools and utilities (e.g., selenium, etc.)

•             Ability to approach problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and innovation

•             Willingness to collaborate, embrace change and improve processes within the team

•             Customer focus with an ability to engage with our clients

•             A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
