Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

  • Act as an ambassador and representative to promote positive relationships and strong partnerships for the benefit of the organization

  • Drives the development of strategic business and financial plans, in alignment with overall corporate goals

  • Takes lead in implementation of company programs, procedures, methods and practices across the organization

Operational Efficiencies :

  • Achievement of overall sales of the region (Including Travel Agent Partners & Distributors) and monitoring performance (Individual & Overall) on a daily basis.

  • Implementation, feedback and co-ordination on various promotional & Incentive programs launched by product team

  • Ensure credit control and adherence of KYC norms as per company policy

  • Assist in implementation of Promotions and below the line activities in conjunction with the Business Head for new acquisition of customers across segments.

  • Identify and develop new markets (Tier 2/3 cities) in the region to drive the business targets of the region  Work closely with the inventory team to activate bus operators as agents / maintain price parity both online and offline and bring in the best pricing and commission to the B2B channel

Continuous Improvement :

  • Develop innovative initiatives to enhance internal efficiencies and effectiveness

  • Maintains awareness of new and emerging trends in the B2B segment

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to understand complex products and explain in simple language to user basis situation  Customer

  • centric and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Pleasant action-oriented personality with career orientation

  • Good command over Local language and English.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is preferred

Exp Minimum and Maximum : 1 – 3 years of experience in Sales
