Based in Ahmedabad Contact Centre, you will provide service excellence to Qatar Airways customers through telephone, ensuring that customer satisfaction is optimized in every interaction. Your responsibilities will include making new reservations and changes to existing reservations, quoting the correct fares, rules of carriage, issuance/ re-issuance of tickets, and processing of refunds. In addition, you will support E-commerce and Frequent Flyer Program activities.
Responsibilities :
・Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, web chat and social media
・Manage and generate reports as required
・Sell, upsell and cross-sell Qatar Airways products and services Customer Service · Comprehensive fraud prevention checks · Call customers and provide information as needed
Education Requirement :
- Successful candidates must have the following qualifications:
- High school diploma and one year of customer service experience.
- Reservation and ticketing experience is a plus (GDS systems experience – Amadeus/SITA, etc.). · Contact center experience preferred.
- You have excellent spoken and written English and can confidently articulate and understand English and carry on a conversation.
- Interactive, customer-focused, warm, cheerful and expressive personality.
- Be customer-focused and ensure customer satisfaction at all times when responding to customer inquiries and phone calls.
- Flexibility to work shifts 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. · Need to move to Ahmedabad.
Skills Requirement
