- Brief knowledge of PC, Printers and IT systems management.

- Perform backups and restores as well as data transfer on PCs, laptops
- Carry out upgrades and replacement of component parts of laptops e.g. keyboards, monitors, disks, motherboard, etc.
- Answering customer inquiries and listen to their problems/asks
- Troubleshooting customer reported problems Remote support and On-site support.
- Identifying root causes for the problems and taking corrective and preventive steps.
