- B. Des/ M. Des in Automobile Design/ Industrial Design/ Product Design or equivalent
Interest
- The candidate should have interest in vehicle Interior design.
- Worked on Car interior design projects
- Interest in detailing/ product detailing
Job Profile
- Design of Automotive interiors.
- Overall interiors and components (Instrument panel, HVAC and SRS systems). This includes initial research, ideation and renders.
- Create 3D and 2D visualization.
- Create part designs with focus on quality and aesthetics.
- Work in collaboration with engineering, QA and other concerned teams to design and develop a vehicle interior
Skills Required
- 3D form sketching and renders generation skills
- Basic knowledge of surfacing and 3d modelling
- Knowledge of 3D software’s like ALAIS, Rhina and Surfacer
- Study and benchmark to map future trends in Interior
- Mood board and concept generation : based on user research and benchmarking and trend mapping
- Develop the Product design concept , mood boards for different products for automotive interior
