Job Description:-
Responsible for following processes and ensuring the data entered into the systems are accurate and timely and that SLAs are met.
Identifies and resolves light and moderate complex production related errors in Apex Portal, EBX and SAP.
Takes the time to understand and then can clearly communicate data quality issues specific for the data domain
Any under or postgraduate (preferably 2022 and 2023 pass out)
Results oriented and a self-starter.
Experience in data processing, quality assurance and process improvement.
Analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication (verbal and written).
Ability to work under general direction on multiple tasks with competing timelines.
