Job Responsibilities:
•Part of New business team and will take care of customer communication
•Will take care of Indexing of customer communication
•Will take care of fund transfer of existing policies
•Responsible for team management and bucket management
•Responsible for IRDA compliance area for pre-conversion client / sales / branch communication.
•Presenting MIS / Analytics / reports on related process, quality assurance and other rework process related reporting to senior leaders
•Monitor daily workflow and allocation within team to process within TAT
•Coordination with PAN India branches for Login level quality improvement.
