Jr. Business Analyst – Capco – Bangalore

 Capco is looking for hardworking, innovative and creative people to join our BA Team. We are looking for  candidates with over 1+ years of experience in Business Analysis

Job Description: 

• Business analysis skills, defining and understanding requirements
• Documenting accurate status reports as required, in a timely manner
• Responsible for requirements gathering, documentation of solution design, documenting business  scenarios and performing a variety of change and implementation management activities
• Can be required to support change management activities spanning from early change planning and audience analysis; through to designing and delivering change interventions (e.g. communications, training, support, organisation alignment); and tracking and taking actions on change readiness, adoption, and feedback
• Responsible for Implementation Management, including planning, controlling and reporting on implementation of the change ‘product’, focusing on accelerating benefits and minimising risk during deployment
• Develop a network of professional relationships across the department and our stakeholders to improve collaborative working and encourage openness – sharing ideas, information and collateral
• knowledge of SDLC and formal Agile processes
• Good to have Knowledge of banking Domain
