Responsibilities :
Understand and address the consumer queries effectively and actively on social media platforms.

• Manages social media volume with consistency and to manage their own quality of

- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn), including their features, algorithms, and best practices for engagement.
- Skills in creating compelling and relevant social media content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, tailored to each platform.
- Ability to use social media analytics tools to track and measure the impact of social media efforts, including key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement rates, reach, and sentiment analysis.
- Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles to ensure that positive content ranks higher in search engine results.
- Creating and managing a content calendar to schedule and organize social media posts and campaigns.
- Building and nurturing an online community of brand advocates, influencers, and loyal customers.
