- Planning of pre-assignments and giving planning closure to crew planning team by 10th of every month.
- Identify opportunities for improving operational performance through technology and or other business changes.
- Reconciliation of head count with IFLY and HR.
- Generate, analyse and maintain ad-hoc reports on various data.
- Analysis of crew non-availability on daily basis, the stand-by utilisation and base specific monthly productivity of cabin crew.
- Develop documentation to support efficient operations, prepare reports and written findings and recommendations and monitor changes.
- Prepare historical and forecast reports using data and trend/ predictive analysis methodologies.
- Ensures requisite number of cabin crews is positioned at different bases depending upon the operational requirements.
