Job Description:
IDFC First Bank is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate Manager – Acquisition Post. As an Associate Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and expanding the bank’s customer base.
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential customers to promote the bank’s products and services.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new customer segments and develop strategies for customer acquisition.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotions.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries and concerns promptly.
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank.
Requirements:
A graduate degree in any discipline.
Proven experience in sales or customer acquisition, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving results.
