Job Info –
- Work on client requirements and close the positions
- Sourcing, searching, recruiting manpower as per the open positions
- Develop candidates’ data from social media and other sources
- Source candidates thru college campus thru coordination with Placement Officers at PAN India locations
- Understand the JD and company business
- Source profiles accordingly
- Shortlist and conduct preliminary Interviews by tele call / video call
- Schedule the interviews as per the client’s schedules
- Coordinate with client for final selection and onboarding
- Invoicing and payment realization
- Engage candidates till onboarding and thereafter for next three months
- Prepare and maintain Recruitment Trackers appropriately regularly
- Maintain clients’ masters
- Interact with key HR professionals of companies and develop new clients
- Any other tasks assigned to you from time to time.
