Job Info:

  • In this role, you will be helping service agents in collating the information that they will provide you over the call, the information that you will save in system will be used as input for billing purposes.

    Responsibilities

    • Ability to comprehend and communicate effectively with the customers (written & verbal)
    • Reviewing and should be analytic unbilled reports
    • Conducting calls with Project managers and discuss Project data
    • Gathering Billing related backups from Project Managers
    • Project setup Validation per PO/Contract
    • Generating Invoices (Debit/credit/AR, etc.)
    • Auditing of Project status
    • Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
    • Candidate should be comfortable with 24*7 shift timings.
    • Order processing in customer service systems which includes orders entry
    • Coordinating with Field Support Team for any invoice generation
    • Review & track the restructuring cost. Manager reviews with Sites.
    • Prepare Dashboards & Reports for pitches.
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Ability to apply knowledge to real world scenarios
    • Ownership of skill development/ self-training
    • Time management and completion of tasks to a definite deadline
    • Strong work ethic; displays the drive to learn new features or troubleshoot methods for their primary application
    • Support on Ad-hoc reports.
    • Quarter Closing Activities

    Minimum qualifications

     

    • University  Graduate
    • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills.
    • Open to work in 24*7 window and rotational shifts
    • Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
    • Ability to learn quickly, think independently, and develop new processes/analyses as required.

    Preferred qualifications

    • Relevant years of support or experience with client contact
    • Knowledge of ServiceMax tool.
    • Knowledge of Data acumen is a big advantage.
    • Knowledge using BI tools is an added advantage
    • Good MS Office (excel, Power Point, Word) skills.
    • Having VBA Skills will have added advantage.
    • Effective probing skills and analysing / understanding skills.
    • Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
    • Must be able to work on a flexible schedule
