Job Responsibilities:

As a part of the Jio Customer Service team, you will have the following responsibilities:

  1. Manage customer interactions according to the assigned roster.
  2. Demonstrate ownership when engaging with customers.
  3. Respond to customers in the appropriate tone and language.
  4. Offer solution-based assistance for all customer interactions.
  5. Educate customers whenever possible.
  6. Keep your product, system, process, and policy knowledge up to date.
  7. Adhere to rostered timings, scheduled shifts, and activities.
  8. Accurately capture customer details and relevant data.
  9. Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines.
  10. Build and maintain customer relationships.
  11. Adhere to all contact center policies, procedures, code of conduct, and legislative requirements.

Education Requirement:

  • 10+2 / Graduation degree in any discipline

Experience Requirement:

  • Freshers are welcome, or those with 6 months to 2 years of experience.
