Job Responsibilities:
As a part of the Jio Customer Service team, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions according to the assigned roster.
- Demonstrate ownership when engaging with customers.
- Respond to customers in the appropriate tone and language.
- Offer solution-based assistance for all customer interactions.
- Educate customers whenever possible.
- Keep your product, system, process, and policy knowledge up to date.

Education Requirement:

Experience Requirement:
- Freshers are welcome, or those with 6 months to 2 years of experience.
