Job Title: Executive – Business Development
Salary Package: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 a Month

- In this role, the candidate will be required to do Business Development by way of Seller Acquisition / Maintaining seller life cycle for Flipkart sellers.
Candidate needs to Identify and liaison with key stakeholders (both internal and external) to de-bottleneck client issues. The candidate will be informed about the product listings which we are looking to add on Flipkart, he/she will also be shared some leads but will have to generate his own leads as well.
Post leads collection the candidate will have to fix appointments with the sellers and convince them to come onto the Flipkart marketplace along with necessary documents in case the seller doesn’t have them.
The individual will be fully responsible for sellers and their catalog going LIVE on Flipkart platform and will be driven by daily targets. The role requires local travel so having a 2 wheeler is a plus. Otherwise candidate needs to use public transportation for market visits.
Candidate should be responsible for the seller’s business growth. Should have experience managing client/seller accounts. Should be able to understand the client-specific market dynamics and should be able to identify potential market opportunity basis sale trends. Candidate should be able to negotiate with clients ensuring re-investment into the business.
Required Experiences, Skills, and Qualifications:-
*Good knowledge of MS excel
*1-5 years of relevant experience in business development/ sales/client acquisition/key account management
*Any graduate(post-graduation preferred)
*Good communication skills-Proactiveness, listening skills, service-oriented, Integrity
* Candidates having an e-commerce industry background will be an added advantage.
