This position is responsible to develop, implement and oversee compliance standards and controls related to Health & Wellness Services, in Flipkart Health Plus with a primary focus on e-pharmacy, e-diagnostic & e-consultation operations among others.

What you’ll do: 

You need to have a deep business knowledge to help analyze and develop policies, procedures and programs supporting the Health & Wellness compliance initiatives. Develop and maintain key relationships with our business leaders and global stakeholders. While working within the assigned areas to optimize business results, as a Sr. Manager:

• Understand and apply laws, regulations, regulatory guidance and compliance requirements applicable to E-commerce/E-Pharmacy/ Healthcare business.
• Understand applicable risks and identify appropriate controls to minimize the risk

What you’ll need:

• Professional with a healthcare background (12+ years of exp).
• Strong understanding of all applicable laws & regulations related to the E-commerce/E-Pharmacy/healthcare business in India.
• Hand-on experience/deep understanding with health-tech (e-commerce) companies in implementing and managing compliance programs is a plus.
• Program management skills, interpersonal communication – ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams.
