Track and maintain the Self and Cluster P0 / P1 Metrics in focus:
- Daily Check in on all P0 Metrics for correctives and actions to curb impacts.
- Plan a walk for all Metrics achievement with Clear sharp actionable.
- Engage with all stakeholders to ensure the swift changes / corrections / advancements / improvisations to the data shared / updated
Engage with Talents for best Talent experience across the Life cycle:
- Best talent placement in partnership with the Business for best results and value add to the business.
- Provide New Joiner Onboarding Experience in collaboration with the hiring manager and the peers and stakeholders through sharp Induction schedules and timed Check ins with new joiners.
Education Requirement
- MBA HR preferred
