• • • • This is an Individual Contributor role where you would be involved in improvising/creating forecasting models to accurately predict volume trends for long term as well as short term durations. You would be accountable for defining, tracking and improving key metrics and communicating business trends to stakeholders.

         

        What you’ll do:

        • Creating multiple Forecasting Models considering business inputs as variables like customer behavior, decay, regression, time series.
        • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
        • Ability to work with teams and other internal departments to drive and achieve common goals.
        • Hands-on experience on Report Builder, Power View, Excel Services.
        • Good verbal & written communication skills.
        • Good Interpersonal skills with a good problem-solving approach.
        • Good analytical skills for MIS, number-crunching & reporting to internal & external customers.
        • Demonstrated Customer Service Skills and the ability to build professional rapport with stakeholders.
        • Good Excel & PowerPoint skills.

         

        What you’ll need:

         

        • Advanced excel, WFM principles, building forecasting models.
        • Forecasting methodology, statistical & analytical competencies are a plus.
        • Hands on experience with Forecasting/Scheduling/Capacity Planning.
        • Good verbal & written communication skills.
