Over all responsible for E2E Operation and place the vehicles as per Customer requirement, & dispatch as per agreed standard Operating procedure.

 Shall be Responsible for overall transport operation as industry is telecom industry hence required Quality inspection of All the Inward & Outward boxes as per invoice / STN/MRN/SRN.

 Implant resource to manage vehicle’s route planning, loading – unloading , vehicle inspection , Quality inspection of vehicle as per standard check list,

 Arrange to provide vehicle details as per indent and coordinate with vendor to place vehicles on time.

 Full fill vehicle’s check list & keep all relevant documents at site.

 Cut the GCN , TMS Entries , MIS Updation

 Track vehicles for on time delivery as per plan

 Ensure to get the reverse material packed as per SOP & bring to destination in sound condition

 Share daily MIS , Vehicle tracking report to internal & external customers

 Process vendor’s Bill & Revenue Bills

 Support team by sharing accruals & provisions

 Track vehicle position as per GPS Devices

 Ensure to adhere HSW Compliance & Safety norms as agreed

 Shall be fully accountable for Delivery TAT and Field Escalation

 Should be sound with financial numbers and be able to co relate the numbers to operations

 Manage in a high pressure, changing environment with demands from both internal & external customers regionally.

 Shall be accountable for timely MIS submission.

 Shall lead in analyzing periodic KPI reports and reviewing the same with customer for preventive and corrective action.
