Job Info:
1.Architect, design and implement various components of data pipeline that include data integration, storage, processing and analysis of business data
2.Should possess the ability to effectively design, develop and implement customized data management solutions that align with the specific needs of clients, and which deliver measurable value to the business.
3.Provide product and design level technical best practices
4.Define and develop client specific best practices around data management within a Hadoop environment or cloud environment
5.Should have a good understanding of data architecture and be design, develop and maintain data models
6.Should be able to manage a team of data analysts and other professionals.
7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8.Strong project management skills and the ability to manage projects in Agile Environment.
9.Experience in business development and building strong client relationships is a plus.
Technical Skills:
•Excellent experience in cloud data platforms and data services is a must. AWS certification is preferred.
•Big data – Hadoop eco-system, HDFS, Distributions like EMR/Cloudera / Hortonworks, Pig and HIVE.
•Should have good knowledge in data warehouse / data lake technology and business intelligence concepts
•Experience in cloud data eco-system, specifically with AWS. Experience in AWS data components like S3, Glue, EMR, Redshift & RDS, managed services like Aurora & Athena are desirable
•Experience with source control tools such as GitHub and related DevOps methodology.
•Professional hand-on experience in SQL and Query Optimization.
•Has a strong problem solving and analytical mindset
Preferred Qualifications and Certifications:
•Graduation in Engineering with total 9+ years of experience at least 6+ years of relevant experience on Bigdata stack.
