Job Purpose:
Qualification, Experience and Skills Required: Graduate or pursuing graduation with 0-1 year of experience. Oral Communication Skills, Excellent in product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
* To achieve the revenue and profit targets for the store.
* Interacting with customers, giving them product presentations and convincing them to make purchases.
* Keeping a track of the stock and inventory in the assigned section and placing orders for replenishing the stock.
* Maintaining the proper display of goods in the store and ensuring that they comply with the quality standards.
* Execute plans to maximize sales as assigned.
* Maintains positive relations and rapport with Customers.
* Keeping oneself updated with all the product knowledge.
* Using the technical skills and/or product knowledge to help the customers buy the right product.
* Handle customer queries effectively.
* Effectively collects customer feedback and passes it to immediate manager.
* Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
* Completion of all administrative paperwork during scheduled shift.
