Candidate must be well connected to dealer networks in terms of TW and AL, on contrary must have good experience in sourcing through tele calling for PL
Candidate must be conversant in local language apart from Hindi/English as per the location he/she is allocated.
Candidate should be a team player as well as must be a fit within the hierarchy
Candidate must be well versed about respective product i.e. TW/AL funding business, credit, standard processes, portfolio handling.
Candidate should be from relevant NBFC or Bank only handling same respective product
Candidate must have earned incentives at least 3 times in last 6 months and must be working at his current organization for more than a year
Candidate must be able to deliver product specific monthly targets i.e. , 8 Units for AL, 15 Units for TW.Indore, Hyderabad/Secunderabad, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Rajkot, Surat, Bangalore/Bengaluru, Vadodara, Mumbai
