•       Understanding of Entire Digital Application Landscape.

•       Contribute in maintaining the System uptime by proactive application and infrastructure monitoring for digital banking applications.

•       Contribute in network and systems monitoring, database monitoring, synthetic transaction monitoring, and application performance analysis.

•       Identify key performance metrics and convert them into various dashboards and encourage the team use them effectively.

•       Analyze existing monitoring tools, identify missing monitoring for important application transactions.

•       Coordinating with Internal Stakeholders for New monitoring requirement and get them implemented before project goes live.

•       Will be responsible for the 24×7 availability of the monitoring infrastructure as part of an on-call rotation.
