Key Qualifications
- SAP Order to Cash knowledge and experience
- SAP Service Order Management knowledge and experience
- SAP Contract Management knowledge and experience
- SAP Supply Chain and Reverse Logistics knowledge and experience
- Experience gathering requirements from business users and mapping process flows
- Proficient knowledge & experience in business process flow diagramming
- Proven ability to manage to deadlines and meet time constraints
- Proficient at managing multiple efforts simultaneously in a global company
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational and documentation skills
- A roll up the sleeves attitude to ensuring quality work is completed, on time
- Experience working with stakeholders and leading meetings to gather required information
- Knowledge transfer to BPR and business unit employees as required
- EAD user experience
- Mapping processes that will change
- Useful to have : Process modelling experience in other BPM tools (in lieu of EAD)
