Responsibilities :
– Support internal partners, including Site ops and transportation in resolving complex pickup issues and escalations.
– Monitor operational performance of MM PU sites and provide coaching/training on operational best practice
– Report on daily, weekly, monthly operational KPIs and projects to senior leadership
Education Requirement :
Passion for education and capability to instruct in a “ hands- off ” manner, letting druggies learn by doing. Capability to educate small groups and trainer multiple guests contemporaneously. Tenacity to work with druggies until they truly come independent and suitable to produce on their own.
Skills Requirement
– 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
– Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
