- Head the Customer experience Operations (Including Call center, Social media, IVR etc)
- Also lead the customer experience for B2B businesses (Large corporates)
- Lead the Customer experience products for the bank (NPS, Individual products)
- Lead the regulatory perspective for customer experience (Represent Airtel Payments Bank from the Customer experience standpoint in front of the RBI)
- Regular interactions with RBI in Mumbai
- Teams that this person would be heading: Call center ops, Customer grievance ops, CX operations, CX Regulatory
- Softer aspect: Empathy but should be overall aggressive
- Designation- VP
- Prior experience in Consumer Tech companies/Indian Banks/MNC Banks/NBFCs/Fintechs
