- Coordinate with Sales team for M2M/IoT orders & give them complete Backend Support.
Experience in client management & support end to end for all kind of queries related to on-boarding till activation
Sound Knowledge of MS Office, word and MS excel
Orders Allocation to Associates (Circle wise)
Controlling and analyzing of Daily, monthly order entry reports.
Coordination with Internal team for order Fulfillment within TAT’s
Track all TAT’s for order entry & govern the complete process.
