The ideal candidate exhibits the following: – A global strategic mindset and capable of partnering with stakeholders across the organization to bring excellence to Intel brand and social media – An understanding of brand attributes, social media metrics and analytics, AB testing, and how to analyze and translate results into creative and editorial optimization that tie directly back to business results – Highly organized and impeccable project management skills with the ability to manage multiple content pipelines with an eye for detail – A strong grasp of Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok features and functionality, with an understanding of how to optimize and schedule social media content for maximum results on each platform – Has a finger on the pulse of new trends and best practices, with the ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space – An ability to easily and simply articulate complex ideas – Comfortable working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders and project leads Role and Responsibilities : – Provide Brand, Creative, and Social marketing strategic leadership for Asia Pacific Japan executing through the countries with a focus on digital and social – Work in lockstep with creative and social agency support as execution arm, ensuring deliverables are on track and within budget – Being the focal point on Intel brand management and brand governance, as well as conducting the branding campaign in the region – Lead and drive ideation on direct and partner programs that ladder up to Intel’s strategy, meet marketing and business goals
Qualifications
– A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience – 5+ years’ experience in creative agency and/or social media for a global enterprise organization – Strong team player with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships cross-functionally with countries and HQ – Exceptional digital marketing skills – Experience in B2C and B2B marketing – Proven success in crafting and launching brand and media campaigns with tangible outcomes aligned to the marketing and business strategy
