- Align with overall need of Steel Marketing & Sales, to meet long & short-term sales objectives for the division by understanding existing and future needs of the customers. Develop market for Nest-In solutions business in the region assigned. Increase awareness, acceptance & sales of Nest- In in the target market.
Job responsibilities
1. Market Development
a) Contribute to formulate and achieve overall business plan of assigned territory
b) Influencer engagement (Consultant, Architects & Structural engineers)
c) Liaison with government offices where potential of Nest-In solutions exists.
d) Ensuring viable business network throughout Northeast by appointing new solution partners, Component manufacturer & business development partners for appropriate market coverage.
e) Manage a set of solution and business development partner to achieve the business parameters like volume, market share, on time payment collection and project delivery.
f) Piloting and commercialisation of New solutions
g) Local level sales promotion through campaigns, social media, TV & print media.
