•Establish and maintain relationship and provide added service to selected clients in supporting the business relationship.•Maintain and exercise control over allotted portfolios to ensure that services to customers are of the highest standard•Constantly monitoring customer quality in order to minimize the risk of loss to the bank•Continue to improve the client related processes related to CMS and general banking products•Responsible to handle escalation issue and iron out any processing gaps identified during post implementation period•Logging 100% SRs and ensure SRs are closed timely•Provide regular updates/share of knowledge on client in portfolio to the Client Service Team•Remain knowledgeable of changing industry and educate clients
