- Portfolio file and monitoring the recovery: Coordination with Fincon / Credit in getting the NPA file on monthly / quarterly basis.
- Coordination with Regional Heads for the allocation of these new accounts Updating the new NPA accounts and closure of settled / recovered NPA accounts Collating the collateral security details and mapping the same to respective accounts B.
- Support in tracking & following-up for recovery: Coordination for collecting the expected recoveries Tracking the large recoveries and escalating to seniors; to ensure focus on the same Checking the recoveries reported by Recovery Manager .
