Conduct market mapping of the assigned location to identify potential business avenues , distributorsConduct VO launch activities, career seminars on regular basis at assigned location to increase distribution base & sourcing new business.Drive the business targets for the location as per functional priority (Motor / Non-Motor mix ) ensuring healthy LOB mix maintained all the time.Own P&L for the assigned location & ensure COR is maintained as defined by function head time to time.Ensure new agent acquisition MoM & maintain IMD activation is above minimum productivity norms at all the times
