The Operations Executive role includes the following tasks: Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals. Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives. Creating and managing the organization’s fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses.

- Responsible to arrange maximum deliveries within TAT. Also, decreasing aging of the shipments.
- Need to minimize the TAT failure and ensuring process are followed to minimalize loses at Service center.
- Ensures quality check of all shipments/bags and ensure zero missing shipments with value and count.
- Preparation of various MIS reports like Inbound, outbound, RTO and aging reports.
- Monitor the NDR/RTO and finding solutions for reducing monthly NDR & RTO percentage.
- Maintaining the service center workplace with dignity and ensuring clean work place policie
Education Requirement
- CA/MBA/Any Graduate/PGExperience
1 to 2 yrs
Skills and Requirements
- Good Excel knowledge & Data management.
- English and Regional Language fluency is Must.
- 3+ Years’ Experience.
- Team Handling.
- Geographical Knowledge.
