Responsibilities :
· Responsible for end-to-end claim management, tracking of claims ageing wise & resolution of claims within required TAT
· End to end management of claim dashboard, getting claim update status on daily basis from insurance partners & updating the dashboard with the right status update.
· Validate the claim data shared by insurance partners for data correctness, report with insurance partners for any missing data in the report.
· Complete ownership of high ageing claims, especially claims >30 days & ensure the claims getting resolved immediately, maximize efforts in reducing the no of claims moving to the high ageing bucket.
· Validating the data on claims closed by partner on daily basis, observe for any incorrect closures & escalate with insurance partners on such improper closures.
· Complete ownership on claim escalations raised by internal/external teams, cross functioning with the respective teams & ensure faster closure on escalations raised
· Conduct weekly review meetings with insurance partners, report for any issues faced with respect to claims & follow up for quick closure.
· Monitor complaint trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Develop and implement new claims processing procedures.
Education Requirement :
- Bachelor’s Degree
Skills Requirement
Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to understand customer issues and provide compassionate assistance.
Ability to handle customer complaints, disputes, and difficult situations calmly and professionally and find mutually beneficial solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complaints, identify root causes of problems, and recommend effective solutions.
