This role is primarily for International Layover Allowance (Forex Payment) handling (Cabin Crew and Pilots), employee reimbursement & documentation. Based on operation requirement shift pattern can be assigned (late night or early morning).
Why You Should Join
- Managing end- to-end International Layover Allowance payment (Forex) – for Cabin Crew and Pilots
- Liasion with Flight Operation Department (Rostering Team) for Advance General Declaration (GD) daily basis
- Coordination with vendor to release / load forex payment in employee forex card based on General Declaration (GD)
- Timely and accurately re-load of forex
- Issuance of New Forex Card and liaison with vendor to complete the KYC to activate the card
- Maintain MIS –
- Monthly Forex card reload details employee wise
- New Card Issuance details (update database)
- Daily / Weekly and Bi-monthly invoice reconciliation and submit for processing
- Maintain vendor invoice payment tracker
- Active card balance weekly tracker
- Address and manage the employee’s queries related to forex card / payment / balance.
- Forex (PAN to Aadhar linking error) – transfer to other crew
- Documentation:-
- Maintain the file monthly challan/return, Notice, Notice Response, Misc. letters related to statutory compliance Provident Fund, Employer State Insurance, Labour Welfare Fund, Professional Tax and Income Tax
- Forex Card – Card issuance, maintained database/tracker, documentation for KYC
- Liasion and follow up with department regarding Post Travel Reimbursement Form submission to settle down the advance/forex
Education Requirement
Graduate from recognized university
Skills Requirement
- The ability to work effectively on his own and as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexible thinking and ability to adapt to change
- Knowledge of working in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power-point & Outlook)
