    Seasoned BA (6-8 years’ Experience) who has exposure on SDLC lifecycle either on waterfall methodology and/or Agile methodology (Agile preferred)

    Ability to break complex business problems into smaller and simpler ones and translate into simple business requirements

    Good experience on creation of BRD, FRD, Epics, User stories, test cases, As-is and To-be Process flow and user journeys based on different personas

    Exposure to any systematic project management tools like JIRA, Rally, Hive or similar from BA role & responsibility perspective

    Good communication and presentation skills to different stakeholders

    Good to have Skills & Experience Required

    Understanding of APIs, Soap UI and other integration methods between different applications

    Worked on K2 or any other BPM platforms e.g. Appian, Pega etc., O365 solutions platforms and data virtualization tools like Power BI, Tableau or similar tools

    Data Analysis using SQL and understanding of database
