Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers.
  • You will handle voice processes related to the banking sector, ensuring customers’ needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • This role is open to both freshers and experienced professionals who have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to excel in the customer service domain.
  • The job offers a competitive salary package ranging from INR 1.70 LPA to INR 2.10 LPA.
  • You will work six days a week with the benefit of one-side cab service during odd hours.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred, and the work location is at Tech Mahindra’s Noida office.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree is required for this role.
  • Good communication skills are a must.
  • Candidates with prior experience in customer service or voice processes will be preferred.
  • The job is based in Noida, and you must be willing to work from the office.
